Katie’s Favourite Ginger Shots!

INGREDIENTS

  • ROOT GINGER - loads of it
  • LIMES JUICED - 6
  • GRANNY SMITH APPLES - 2-3 these add sweetness but stop the juicer getting clogged with the fibre of the ginger.

Put all the ingredients into a juicer and if you don't have a juicer, then use a blender and strain through a fine sieve. Enjoy in short sharp shots! SO good for your gut! If it’s a bit HOT dilute with apple juice or coconut water! For a cheats ginger beer and if you want a longer drink - pour over ice and top up with sparkling water!

Optional additions

  • Root Turmeric
  • Chilli
  • Cucumber
  • Beetroot… in fact most things. Make it your own and have a shot a day to help aid digestion and give you a caffeine-free hit of energy!
